“Not safe, won't use again. We left our two bags at a souvenir shop in downtown NYC. The shop employees were super nice but Vertoe's idea of security combined with the laziness of the shop employees confirms that I will never use this service again unless I am using a safer suitcase. The employees sealed the zippers, but as most people know you can easily break into a zipper by pressing into the teeth with an object like a ballpoint pen. I would have felt safer had the Vertoe seal gone around a re-useable plastic bag, thus guaranteeing access to the zipper. Oh, the shop also left our two suitcases at the back of the shop, under some "BiG APPLE" sweatshirts they were selling.”

“Used Vertoe service here for luggage drop off for the day while I was exploring the city. Very convenient, cheap, and hassle free. They’re one of the only luggage storage services available right now during covid 19, and lots of museums or services that usually provide cost check are closed, so I’m very happy I found out about this!”

“This is an AMAZING service. My boyfriend and I had to check out of our hotel in NYC by 11am, but wanted to spend more time exploring the city. Vertoe allowed us to continue exploring for a few more hours without our heavy backpacks! It was super easy to book and locate the facility. We will definitely use again!”
