“When I arrive to the shop where I was supposed to let my luggage, the shop was close. I send immediately an email and I get an answer 1 hour and 20 minutes later. I asked for my money back but no answer.”

“First time using & It was a little scary to just leave your belongings. It worked out fine in the end. I do wish they disclosed the location, so that you could choose where to leave your belongings.”

“This is a great concept. In New Haven, it is centrally located and convenient to both train stations. However, it is in a headshop. The employees had no idea that it operated as a Vertoe, they had to call the owner which took a lot of time to sort out, and when we got our bags back, my wife's bag was wet for some reason. Coupled with the homeless people loitering outside panhandling, it was not a very pleasant experience. I would probably try this again if needed in a different location, but if you have other options in New Haven - take them.”

“New to Vertoe. It worked just as desicribed. We left our bags for a few hours at a dry cleaners while we awaited our accommodations which had a 3 Pm check in. Very nice service, convenient and reasonable.”

“I was very happy to find this service near Ford Field since we were going to the airport right after a game. While our bags were in tact, the service was a little iffy. They had no idea we were coming, didn’t have a confirmation from Vertoe, and just put our bags behind the counter. Additionally, they didn’t lock them with the tags and only gave us a tag to take upon request. However, it was moot without tags on the bags because there was no number to match to. Again, bags and belongings were safe at the end, but it didn’t give me a peace of mind while they were there.”

“It´s super nice having a place where I can storage my baggage. The only thing that I did not like, is that the host asked for a tip. I think that if they´re providing that service and if they whiling to work with vertoe, and If they have theire comission, they do not have to ask for tips, because what we are looking about this service, is not to spend money for a place to stay, we are looking for save money and host does not have to ask for extra tips.”
