Vertoe locations are local businesses such as hotels, restaurants, retail shops, any local business that have extra space to store your items in a safe, convenient and affordable way. Each location is verified and trained by our team before being listed. We also have an insurance policy of $5000 if anything happens to your belongings while inside the location. “the customer service was great responsive pleasant and efficient. the team at the front desk was very friendly but didn't work according to the guidelines in the confirmation email so we didn't get any approval badge for the suitcases. so it felt a little bit not professional, but other than that all was great thanks”

“We had a long layover at LGA and wanted to be able to hang out in Queens, but there is no luggage storage at the airport. Vertoe was the perfect solution. We dropped our bags off at the nearest Vertoe location which was a restaurant. Check in was easy, they tagged our bags and we went out to explore! Pick up was just as easy. This seems like a great solution for travelers and for local businesses with extra space.”

“lesson learned… I needed to put our backpacks into a locker for a few hours while we explored Barcelona on the last day of our trip. I googled locker and came across Vertoe.com. I tried to find their nearest locker storage place but had to pay before the exact location was shared with me. 15 euro for 2 backpacks. It was not a locker storage place, it was a corner shop. the guy behind the counter expected me to just leave my bag there. when I asked to see the lockers he got aggressive "locker downstairs" he said, but I knew he was lying. I refused to leave my bag there and left but Vertoe refused to give me a refund. I found a real locker storage facility not far away and it cost 5 euros for the day. This is not a good company and I would never use them again. they don't care about the safety of your stuff and charge 3 times as much as a real locker storage company to just dump your bags in the back storeroom of any business they can sign up. please save yourself time and money and use a reputable locker storage facility.”

Hello Tom, We're sorry that you had a negative experience with us. Please do understand that most of our locations are local businesses that use their own space in storing your luggage. However, each location is verified and trained by our team before being listed. We also do have an insurance policy of $5000 if in case something happens with your belongings while being stored. We understand that you are frustrated when you found out that our locations have no locker system but please do know that these locations have security cameras as well for added safety of your luggage. “I had an early checkout but a late flight on a trip to Boston this summer. Being able to store my huge wheeled suitcase near the train station while I explored the city on my last day there was HUGE! I will definitely be using this service again, so grateful!”
