“So glad we found Vertoe! Our flight landed in Seattle at 9:30am but our Airbnb wasn't available until 4pm. Dragging cases around with a 12 year old in a city for 6.5 hours just wasn't going to happen and, unlike in hotels where they usually have a place to store your bags, no such thing exists with Airbnb. Storing our bags with Vertoe meant we could have a full day of exploration in the city before we were even checked into our rental. The process of dropping the bags off and picking them up was very fast and easy. Will definitely be doing this again!”

“The process was quick, easy and affordable. We were able to leave our luggage there for 4 hours between checking out of our airbnb and when our flight left. It was so helpful and our bags were safe when we returned.”

“Cheap. Easy. Quick. My stuff was safe for an 11-hour layover in Chicago. Showed up to location, seemed sketchy BUT! I saw the Vertoe (and several other services) sticker on door. They tagged my bag, I locked it up and they took it behind the counter. I walked around Chicago, came back, showed my photograph of tag to clerk to picked up and went on my way. WOULD RECOMMMEND TO ANY BUDGET TRAVELLER.”

“Was very glad to have your service! Worked just as advertised. Store owner simply checked the email reservation on my phone and clipped two plastic straps to my bags. He had me take picture of straps as my receipt. Pickup went well. Great service. After reserving 1 bag I emailed to add a 2nd. Vertoe made adjustment in time for my drop off (but took a couple days) Dave”

“Even though the place looked sketchy, the owner was very friendly and helpful. It seems like owner had to take a lunch break during my pick up time so he called me ahead of time to make arrangements. Will use again in future.”
