“Was very unsure if we were delivering it on the right plase. Just a bookstore. He did not look at my resevation and there was no resept. And no Vertoe marking om the shop.”

“Excellent. Checked our luggage in at Best Western Premier, Herald Sq early in the morning. Spent our last day in the city without having to haul our luggage with us. Staff were welcoming and professional.”

“Llegamos al sitio donde dejar las maletas y nos vino a buscar un chico que nos acompañó a su tienda donde dejamos las maletas. Nos dió un tiquet con el que hacer la recogida. Entrega y recogida sin problemas.”

“This was such a handy way to drop off our bags and spend a lovely afternoon in Toronto before continuing our travels. My only criticism would be that we didn't get a bag tag or anything. Just dropped off and nothing in hand for proof of our baggage. All worked out just fine but I was slightly concerned that they wouldnt know which bags were ours. Not really a big deal but just thought that may be a good way to ensure everyone is comfortable. Thanks again!”

“No access to the property where I was supposed to leave my suitcase. No answer on the telephone number provided. No valid email address to get assistance. Terrible- this is just a scam”

“Lady at the restaurant was extremely nice and while you basically just have a zip-tie and leave it in the corner, I felt good about it. My bag was right where I left it and she even offered us cookies when we picked it up. Convenient and cheap, 10/10 would use again.”

“The service was excellent and we would definitely use it again. Making a reservation was easy, as were drop off and picking up. The only difficulty was finding the place--we took a Lyft because it was raining, but we'd planned to use Metra, and it was not located where we thought it was.”

“THis was a life saver for us as we had to check out by 11 am but didnt fly until 5:30 pm and did not have a car. The location was convenient and the dry cleaner's employee very helpful and pleasant.”
