“This is such a great service - our flight did not depart until 5:30pm and this service allowed up to store our luggage for the day giving us a free day without baggage to tour around Seattle.”

“I was surprised that it was in a little corner store as I was expecting it to be a specific luggage drop off but the service was excellent and I felt my luggage was safe as I enjoyed my day downtown Montreal.”

“Location was easy to find and the app was very user friendly even with a short pre-booking time.. It made our day having a place to leave our luggage since we arrived hours before we could check into our accommodation. Will definitely use this service again .”

“Vertoe was very convenient for storing my bags the morning I arrived in Montréal, as I could not check into my hotel until late afternoon. I was displeased with the security of the storage room in my particular hotel. I was assigned a square tile in a room to put my bags, and there were no lockers, zip ties, or locks of any kind. I was pretty nervous, although it ended up being fine. I just wish it was a little more secure so I could have the peace of mind while walking around.”

“No hassle just showed booking and ID and left the bags in a locked room in a locked shop. Picked them up showed ID again in and out very quickly.”

“I found Vertoe online recently and never used them before, I was very excited there was a type of service like this that existed in helping people store their luggage/belongings temporarily. I booked the service ahead of time the same morning, fast forward to a few hours later and I unfortunately ran really late for appointments I had scheduled that days cause of delays and heavy traffic. I no longer had anytime to stop at the Vertoe location to store my luggage, I had no choice but to go about my business wit my luggage in tow and obviously it was super inconvenient and difficult. When I reached out to Vertoe for a refund afterwards they refused and said maybe I can recieve credit instead next time if I choose their service. As a new customer they could have accommodated my request this time since I basically gave away free money and never even ended up using their services. Ya, needless to say I'm pretty disappointed and won't be using Vertoe again.”

“We had to check out in the morning but our flight was early evening. Storing our bags was perfect for a day exploring on Capitol bikes. Vertoe check in and out was efficient, friendly and quick. I felt our bags were secure. It was a short walk to the airport. Highly recommend if you need a place to store bags.”

“We are satisfied with our choice. The storage place was so close to the train station, this was perfect for us we managed to do some shopping and go direct to the airport. The owner of the storage place was very nice and we felt secure to leave our luggage in the shop. In our next trip to NYC we will use again this option for sure!”
