“Very convenient and worthwhile service. Helped turn a layover in DC into a relaxing tour of the national mall. Dropoff and pickup was quick and easy, and was able to book just minutes before needing the service.”

“I think this is a great service. You just need to be aware of the opening and closing hours of the location. I booked not knowing that we could not access the location after 9 pm when we needed access to our luggage so we could not use the service. I am asking for a refund.”

“App sells a safe spot, you have to down load app and make appointment..... then and only then they reveal the actual location. How stupid is that??? Now I have my bag and have to walk 10 blocks to a "weird supermarket" as if I would walk that far and leave my stuff with "Who knows". I truly hope I made some kind of error and this is really not their business plan. Good idea Vertoe but sure didn't make any sense to me.... I decided to just go to the Seattle Art Museum and check my bags in there..... lord knows that if they can protect a Claude Monet my bag will be safe AND FREE.”

“They took my money and when I got to my location the storage facility was closed. Spent all day with luggage downtown and money still hasn’t been put back into my account even after emailing about the issue.”

“I was skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised. This is the Uber/Lyft of short-term luggage storage. We checkout out of our hotel but had a late flight. We wanted to tour DC without toting our bags. This was the perfect solution. Well worth the $5.95!”

“Easy pickup and drop off at the convenience store in North End, Boston. The store was very unassuming from outside but I’m glad I found my bad the way I left. One suggestion would be to also verify the person picking the bag, and not just during dropping it.”

“What a great idea this was! We couldn’t check into our airbnb until 4. Arrived at 9. Dropped luggage at Cumberland Transit in Nashville and had a beautiful day exploring Centennial Park and Hillsboro Village. Helpful, courteous, welcoming staff. Highly recommend.”
