“I was thinking there would be a backstore somewhere hidden to store our luggage, but it was stored at the back of the location visible for anyone.... But people where very nice and it has been easy and convenient. 5 minutes from the Port Authority bus stop.”

“Used their services for 5 days. My backpack was kept safe & not tampered with. Vertoe was a savior in a pinch. Originally, planned on using their competitor, Bounce, because their reviews were better. But, Bounce's website & app sucks. It freezed & wouldn't let me make a reservation. I was able to make a reservation on Vertoe on the 1st attempt.”

“Great service. Easy to drop luggage off and pick back up. We left luggage there in NYC and spent the day sightseeing before an evening flight.”

“I booked my heavy luggage in for storage and when I arrived in a cab the shop was closed. He didn't arrive for nearly half an hour. When I said I needed to collect my luggage half an hour earlier than I had stipulated on the form to get to the airport he said it was not possible. I had to find another luggage storage facility. The whole episode was very disappointing and inconvenient.”
