Excellent service with very friendly and helpful staff. This was my first time using the service, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I was able to securely store my luggage so that I could explore Toronto. Retrieving my items a few hours later was also a very quick and easy process.

My boyfriend and I were so happy to find this app find this app. We were able to store our luggage at a local place of business and explore the Boston wharf area before heading to the airport. We didn't need To carry our baggage with us everywhere! I will be sure to use them again in other cities

Pendant un certain temps, d'accès au site a été perturbé la journée du 21 août 2022 ce qui ne m'a pas permis d'annuler une réservation dans les temps. Vertoe n'a rien voulu entendre et je n'ai pas été remboursé. Dommage

Hello Laurent, Sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. We checked the history of your booking and you booked twice under 2 diffent locations. The first location you booked is under Allo Velo Cafe located at 141 Rue du Shannon, Montreal, QC, Canada which you have cancelled same day at 01:06 PM. The other booking you made was for Parc Suites Hotel located at 3463 Avenue du Parc, Montreal, QC, Canada which you requested to cancel via email. We were able to respond to you about the guidelines on our Vertoe Cancellation and made it clear that the second request was not eligible for booking. The amount on the 1st cancellation you made will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days. If it has not yet been credited within that timeframe, please email us immediately at support@vertoe.com. If you have any concerns moving forward, please don't hesitate to email us directly. The storage of my luggage was very easy. The store opens from 11 am to 10 pm, so I had plenty of time to enjoy the city.

I used Vertoe for the first time in Nashville. I used the location by Centennial Park. When I received my confirmation email, it stated that I would receive a tamper proof seal for my suitcase. At this Vertoe location, they did not provide the tamper proof seal. When asked, they stated “oh we don’t have anymore of those.” It made me feel very uneasy about leaving my suitcase there but I decided to. Picking up my suitcase was no problem. I just wanted to give feedback that all locations should make the tamper proof seal a standard.

We paid to leave our luggage at one of Vertoe’s locations until 10pm, but when we got there we were told we could only leave it until 6pm. We therefore had to carry our luggage around with us all day, as Vertoe have no contact number or helpline. We have not received a refund. Avoid this company.

We booked online and it didn't give us the exact location until after we booked and paid which felt really annoying and a bit sketchy to begin with. Then when we showed up we had to wait in line for ages - about half an hour, and it was a small post shop with a rude man running it. When we booked, it didn't say anything about having to pay extra for bigger bags (ours were 2 wakeboarding bags) and we had to pay for the whole day even though we were only storing them for 2 hours, then when we went to drop them off he said that we needed to pay more for oversized bags. I talked to him and said that we had to pay for the whole day and were only leaving them for 2 hours and he reluctantly took our bags. It was not the nicest experience and I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Also, the reason why the complete address was given right after the booking confirmation is for our locations' space planning and security reasons. Our rates are also per item/business day so even if you store your bags for a few hours, we have a fixed rate for it. I needed someplace t leave my luggage for a week. Paid in advance and went to the place. They had no blue tags and thought I should have them! Checked with Vertoe and they should have had them. Anyway, I had no choice but to leave my stuff there. It was kept behind the counter in a Gas station. Although it was intact when I got back, I did not feel it was particularly safe. I don't think I will use this service again.

Could login to the app to check details of my order. Could find the luggage storage place in London, tried to use Google maps which shown where the place was but said Permanently Closed. Won’t be using again and waste of £25.00
