“The app was very easy to use and we were able to drop off and pick up our luggage without any issues! We were a little nervous about leaving our luggage with a stranger, but it felt very secure. I will definitely use this service again.”

“Easy to book and convenient. We booked near L’Enfant station in Washington DC so we could see the museums and then get the bus to the Airport. Good price. My only concern was that our bags were stored a little to close to the dry cleaners’ entrance as the back was full, but there wasn’t anything expensive in our bags so we were ok with that. Remember to take a screen grab of your booing confirmation as an email confirmation never came through. Take photos of the tags they give you as proof.”

“1 block from Grand central. Convenient. Friendly staff of small store with shoe shine area. Bags were left in a corner which concerned me, but all was fine upon our return”

“The shop owner looked after our bag fine but he was very pressuring about making sure we tip - mentioning it over and over again, borderline aggressive. This made us both very uncomfortable, particularly as he did nothing which was deserving of a tip.”

“Easy to make reservations. Friendly, helpful workers to greet us and take our belongings. Easy, smooth pick up as well. Made the hours to kill before our flight much more enjoyable than they would have been if we were toting around suitcases. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others!”

“They were very nice people and nothing bad happened to our luggage, but I would not recommend if you are stowing something moderately valuable. The storage is behind a curtain in the back of a convenience store.”

“Awful. The LA location we booked (1047 South Prairie #2 Inglewood, CA, USA) didn’t exist and we were harassed in the parking lot as very clearly lost young women in a city we didn’t know. It was a dangerous situation that cost us money. We found a real storage solution but it derailed us an hour and was really scary.”
