“Booked to drop luggage off in Bangkok. The location was unattended/closed? I waited around for 30 min before leaving (with luggage). Contacted Vertoe. Was told I would be issued a refund that may take up to 10 days. After 15 days, no refund. I had to reach out yet again to get my money back. In total, I waited around 20 days. Only after I contacted them again did they said they would send through the refund. Needless to say, I won't bother trying to use this service again.”

“I dropped off my bag during a Mariners baseball game, as the stadium does not allow bags. It was a quick walk from the bus station to the locker. It was an easy drop-off and pick-up.”

“Super cool idea to be able to store your belongings. Staff were over the top accommodating. Really made my day so much more enjoyable not lugging 50lbs of stuff around with me. Definitely recommend!!! Definitely using again! 5 star through and through.”

“What a fantastic service. So easy to book your luggage into the place that suits you best. Used it while in London last weekend and from booking to drop off and collection, this service went so smoothly. Would definitely recommend it.”

“The only person working there had a hard time communicating with me and had no idea about the tags/locks for my bag. He instructed me to just leave it in the corner. When I returned the door was locked and there was no one scheduled to arrive until after six pm. I had to wait for a traveler to awkwardly allow me access to my bag. Awful, stressful experience”

“The location was in closed proximity. The Lady who helped me was super nice, had great customer service, did a great intake of my property. Highly recommended when travelling and needing to keep your things safely stored.”

“I’ll admit, I was initially skeptical however this was the perfect solution for the early checkout we had and a late flight departure. With Vertoe we were able to leave our bag safely and take advantage of a lovely day before our departure. Highly recommend.”

“The luggage storage in Jamaica, Queens was very accommodating and secure. At first, we were a bit skeptical due to the neighborhood but in the end, there was really nothing to worried about and everything went perfectly fine. Very convenient service!”
