“My experience using this service was good and I appreciate that it’s low cost and it’s easy to book. The guys at the shop where I left my luggage were very accommodating and friendly. The only negative part was that I flew into Reagan DCA and dropped my bags in Crystal City, and the location was a .5 mile walk from the metro station which was difficult with heavy bags. Overall, I recommend it!”

“I never had left a suitcase in NYC. A little scary as I did not feel sure of the safety or the time he would close his soveignier shop. But all was good when I returned to pick it up at 9 :15 pm. And it was so great to travel light in NYC. Wish he had a room to lock up my suitcase...just a suggestion. Marta”

“A very, pleasant surprise. My flight delivered me much too early for check-in to a private condo. Really nice to be able to check my luggage and explore the area unincumberted for a couple of hours. The only hitch I found was store front Vertoe sign was a little small.”

“Everything worked out fine and we got our bags back safely! Our bags were just left inside by the door, so we were a little concerned that someone could have just stolen them, but the store owner was very kind and respectful and nothing went wrong.”

“Had no problem with the service. The owner of the store where I dropped off my luggage tried to convince me to buy something from his store. (T-shirt or other stuff). Otherwise nothing to complain about!”

“The idea is great and adds a lot of convenience. The actually execution is a bit sketchy. We were never asked to share our photos of the id tags when picking up the bags. The place we were using just "remembered" us. It seems like someone else could have come to claim our baggage as their own if they wanted.”
