“Was super easy and convenient as we our hotel checkout was 11 and our train was at 5. We arrived a couple hours earlier to pick up luggage and had no problem! Overall a great experience and will be using again”

“PERFECT!!! The gift shop has an extended shedule, 9:00am to 9:00pm minimum and it is just across the street to Port Authority bus station. Shop boys are friendly and servicial. The security with the luggage is also correct. They put the suitcase in an special space at the back of the shop. We recommend it 100%!!!”

“Really happy with this service. Simple and easy. The map gives you the location and even a picture of the business in case you’re not quite sure. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Great idea, and for me - because I was only in NYC for the day, it was absolutely critical that I put my bag somewhere because I wouldn’t have been able to get into the art museums and that was the main reason I was there. Great idea!”
