“it works perfectly and it's safe. you can find bag storage when there's none on the airport, bus station, etc. the only negative is that it's a bit pricier than needs to be.”

“Good, affordable, and convenient service. Fast customer service via email. Only complaint is I wish the location information and details (picture, hours, reviews) that was given in the initial search could be accessible AFTER it was booked. I could not find the complete store hours or picture of the storefront in the confirmation email I had received. Thanks.”

“It was great to know that I was able to store my baggage while I was exploring the city. Was affordable and easy. But there was one issue I had was why the location I had it stored separated my carry on from my tote bag. The luggage’s were placed in a back room but the tote was placed in the front in a unsecure area by the front door. Was wondering what if someone tried to take my bag.”

“This was my first experience with Vertoe. Everything went smoothly, however, the location wasn’t the nearest to where we were staying. The search feature didn’t work as efficiently as I expected.”

“This was new for me but a wonderful resource. Checked out of my wall st hotel and in mid town how to stash my bag for a few hours before I headed to JFK. Easy check md pick up around the corner from th theatre. Thanks”

“I used this system for the first time by the way from JFK to Newark airport. This shop is very close to both Penn station and next to Starbucks on the street. The man at the electric and sevenior shop, was kind and I was ready to go quickly.”

“Extremely easy to book, drop off and collect. Logan doesn't have lockers so booked a site in the North End. A bit of a walk from the T but I always go to the North End for pizza and pastry anyone, so worked out very well!”
