“Quite easy to use , the lady at dry cleaning store in Washington that I used was very conscientious about checking my code and id and photographing the security tag. Very happy to leave my gear with her whilst I went site seeing.”

“Rocket Mart on 2nd Strret near Pioneer Square in Seattle is a bodega or convenience store with a real nice and helpfull staff. Luggage dropoff and pickup was easy and the store has everything you to need to stock up for a day of sightseeing or just snacks for the airport. They opened at 9am but I got off my cruise ship by 645am. Fortunately, the coffee shop down the street opens at 7am so I hung out and got work done on my computer until the store opened. After a day of sightseeing, the store was a block away from the train staion for the airport and the 39-minute rode cost me $4. The store that watchedd myluggage, Rocket Mart, was walking distance from major attractions. Another great feature about Virtoe is I was able to change my storage times and location without a fee. I had to leave the ship four hours earlier than planned, so I had to find a place that opened earlier and was near a coffee house open early. I was able to modify my reservation while waiting in line for cruise ship immigration and customs process.”

“Business owner very nice. We dropped off luggage and picked up when we were ready. Luggage left out behind counter of business which was concerning but nothing happened and everything was as it was.”

“Courteous, professional, timely and very helpful staff at Vertoe Toronto at 93 Peter Street location. My luggage was stored for a day and in pristine condition upon pick-up. Highly recommend.”

“Wound up paying double to get a storage space for a bag for a few hours, shopkeeper said dont use online booking, they charge a fee... . Cancel and pay me cash, you get refund from them in about an hour. Vertoe did not care about their vendor ripping off people, even when I showed them proof/receipts. My dispute was dismissed and everyone kept their (my) money. Never again, rip-off artists.”

“The service was quick and easy, though I wish it was more clear that I was leaving my bags at a coffee shop and not at a storage facility. The people at the coffee shop were beyond kind, and I was so gracious for them. However, they had zip-ties that were clearly meant to seal my bag at the zipper to ensure that nobody could get in, but they attached them on the handle of my luggage which made no sense. The website being user friendly and the kindness of the employees at the coffee shop made this a 4/5 rather than a 3/5.”

“Such a great idea. Leave you luggage safely and enjoy the sights without dragging your bags around prior to checking or after checkout times. We used the service for the 4.5hrs before our return flight. Easy to navigate the website. The only negative was not being given the actual address of the location until after booking confirmation. Would definitely use again.”

“Good solution. Put small bags in large to save $. Storage was just putting our bag behind a counter; there was no real security but we were OK with it. No security ties provided. 15-20 min walk from White House, so it was good solution to Smithsonian lockers not being open until 10 a m”

“Very convenient and easy/efficient service. Was looking for somewhere to store my bags in downtown Denver as they no longer have storage facilities available at the airport. This popped up and everything was very smooth, from the beginning of the process to the pickup. They also had instant chat support I used as I had a few questions at the outset. I would definitely recommend it.”

“We left 3 pieces of luggage and the guy that helped us was so nice we left them around 2 pm, and picked them up at 11 pm, he never asked us about the tip that a lot of people here is writing about, again this guy was so nice and we even bought some souvenirs. We will do it again without a doubt.”

“I was most impressed by the efficiency of the people who helped me with the luggage. I felt at ease that ny bags were taken care of as I continued to do what I needed to do rather than to lug my heavy luggages around. Our bags were tagged and the shopowner reminded us to take a photo of the tags so that we may refer to it easily later. The service rendered was reasonable and affordable.”
