“Very short walk from Euston station which was great. Such friendly staff and so easy to find. Gladly use this system again, made the day loads easier without having a case. And such a good price!!!”

“Super worst experience. I booked the locker without receiving an email confirmation, so the hotel staff wouldn't allow me to save my luggage. Even I tried to create an account and reset the password, I still didn't receive an email. Moreover, it doesn't have any Live chat or instant customer service. It brought me a great inconvenience. Finally, I have to book the same hotel with a different App.”

“The location I went to was closed (during said hours of operation). There was no one there to open the door for me. I wasn’t able to store my luggage. I need a refund I HAVENT GOTTEN A REFUND”

“We wasted half a day struggling with wheelie bags before I discovered Vertoe. It made local travel so much easier between early check out, and leaving for the airport. I wish we had known about it the day we arrived . We would have used it then as well.”

“While this service is a great idea. When we arrived at the destination not all employees were aware of this service. Also there were no signs that this business even provided this service. So at first it was a little suspicious BUT they held our bags and nothen seemed to be misplaced. I will probably use again.”
