“It was super quick and easy to drop off and pick up our luggage. We left 4 items. The location was easy to find and the attendant was very friendly. I definitely recommend it if you need somewhere to store your luggage so you can explore hassle free for the day!”

“All worked well, except we were not given a tamper proof tag, only a sticker to put on the bag. It wasn't a problem for us, as we had a padlock. It all went smoothly and very close to Victoria Station.”

“The people were really nice when we went to drop off and pick up our luggage. The price is definitely worth it so we didn't need to take our luggage with us all day. The only thing that I would suggest to people is check out the location. It was a bit out of our way but it was a really neat store.”

“After purchasing a last minute Sox ticket I remembered I couldn’t bring my large purse into Fenway. Luckily Vertoe has a location close by and for less than the cost of my Fenway Frank I was able to store my bag safely for the duration of the game!”

“First experience with luggage storage but this place worked out perfectly for us. We had 4 hours to kill waiting on our check in & it was great to have a place to secure our luggage as we went to lunch & did some site seeing.”

“I searched the city I was in on Vertoe and found what I thought would be a nearby location to store a bag. The app refused to share the exact address of the location until I had made a reservation but I saw the free cancelation advertised elsewhere and figured that in the worst case I would just cancel my space and try again. I went through the effort of setting up my account and paying only to find out that the location was in fact a 45 minute walk away. I had made the reservation for 15 minutes from the point of booking to make sure I could quickly drop off my bag, thinking it would be nearby. When I went to cancel my reservation I was then told that a reservation cannot be refunded within an hour of the reservation starting.”
