“It's genius to provide access to storage space all over the city. We chose a UPS on Madison near the Morgan Library:'Convenient for a visit there, and less than a third of a mile from Grand centralCentral. Great staff at the UPS store. Easy to use AP. Price is right. The essential service that I didn't know existed!”

“they say you can cancel for free at any time but you cant and they wont refund you didnt get to use my booking and still had to pay they did not care one bit”

“Without Google maps help, your partner at 147-13 Archer Ave NY is pretty hard to find! Shop fotos received from you do not match reality. Street no on shop marked with a handwritten small hand pad... The exterior, as well as the interior appearance of your partner shop is not very trustworthy to hand over the suitcases for storage...! However, the service/handling was very friendly and satisfactory.”

“The fact that a service like this exists is actually amazing. If you've ever arrived too early to check into an Airbnb/rental, or had to check out hours before a flight, this will save your sanity and allow you to continue to have fun/explore the city you're in. Price point is perfect and locations are safe. Utilize this service, you have nothing to lose!”

“The first time I left my case at Victoria Station I used their left luggage facility within the station which was really expensive. Then I found Vertoe - 3 mins walk away and less than a third of the price! Will definitely use them again.”

“Simply Put. Horrid customer service. I paid for a luggage drop, the door was locked and the owner didn’t pick up the phone. I requested a refund, was told to prove I didn’t use the service, I have no way to prove that, and no further follow ups from Vertoe. I know I am only out €14, but that’s not customer service. Avoid this company.”

“Really great service - shop went above and beyond as we were transporting a cake and they cleared out a fridge so it could sit in there for the day. Really impressed and would definitely use again.”

“Convenient when you don’t want to lug your bags around the city. Just double check the location distance from a good spot for you. Could be cheaper when you’re not using it for a whole day and just a couple hours instead did being charged for a whole day.”
