“Great experience at both ends of my travel. The location was right next to the train station. The lady was friendly and organized. I would definitely use this service again!”

“The store did not tag my suitcase as I expected based on the Vertoe instructions. Nor did they provide any receipt or ticket for me to use to retrieve my luggage. It was all based on a photo that I took on my smartphone. In the end I retrieve my luggage without an issue, but it seems some sort of claim ticket should be provided.”

“Wish I could have gotten a locker closer to where I needed my luggage. I left my bags at a liquor store and then walked to my destination. My legs hurt the rest of my vacation.”

“Boston - Chinatown - Aug. 3rd Horrible service- didn’t answer any of my questions, laughed in my face and made me cry. Shockingly poor customer service. The employees made me feel unsafe and embarrassed to be there with my luggage.”
