“A very simple process of booking and choosing the nearest storage location. I did this for the first time, but did not experience any difficulties. The guys at the store were welcoming and friendly. We took our suitcases safe and sound.”

“A horrible experience. They took my money and I rode in a taxi 45 minutes to drop off the bag and they were not there. I called and they said it was a three day weekend and they'd decided to close on Monday without posting the change in hours. I still haven't been refunded. Just terrible.”

“Traveling across country and needed a place to put our bags for 6 hours until we could check into our Airbnb. The Vertoe location on Bellevue in Seattle was very easy and a cost effective method to store bags. The store manager was very polite and protected our belongings.”
