“We had a great experience with Vertoe. 4 hour wait between leaving the hotel and embarking on our train at Union Station in Chicago. What to do? I googled for an answer and discovered Vertoe. I was uncertain at first, but the fact that the reviews were so good led me to believe that it was indeed a great niche service. The Cobbler's Shop at 318 Adams was just a stone's throw to the Station, and all went according to Hoyle! Will definitely use Vertoe again!”

“The bag storage is quick and easy once you pick the location that best for you. Locations are spread out making the choices easier. And the picture notification is great to know. That way your not walking around aimlessly. Do recommend that you have a bag lock for personal peace of mind.”

“Worked out very well. We were able to leave our luggage for the day and enjoy the city before our flight. The storage location was a gym. The folks there were very friendly and helpful. My only recommendation would be to have some sort of signage on the outside of the building indicating Vertoe. It's a bit confusing to just see a gym door for the address listed.”

“I rarely write reviews, but this time I need to: when I arrived to the deli in which I was supposed to leave my bag a very unfriendly lady told me that my bag was to big and that I would have to pay 10$ additional cash to her. Then she told me that the day after, when I was supposed to get my luggage, they would be closed. Finally, one day later I got a mail by Vertoe informing me that this deli did not exist anymore and that they would offer me an alternative (for the previous day). Keep away from this company, it‘s just scam!”

“We needed to store luggage in a location near New York city's Penn station. we booked a place on 8th avenue and 35th Street just within site of the station. simple to boo, o excellent service at the site we were in and out in 2 or 3 minutes”

“It was awesome that this is an option for storing luggage when you have several hours before your flight! I docked a star only because, the location I used did not really double check that it was *my* luggage I was taking away, there was no barcode scanning, it was just the honor system. The luggage was stored out in the open also as opposed to behind a counter. Worked great for me, but I could see criminals stealing luggage once word gets out if the system is not tightened up.”

“Me and my friends were at Montreal, we had some time between our airbnb checkout and our flight back, so naturally we needed a place to drop off our baggage and walk around town one last time. We had booked a baggage drop off with another company the night prior, but ipon arrival we realized the store was closed! We had to find another one right away, I was able to find a few spots on Vertoe and made the confirmation. The drop off place was a cowork cafe shop. It’s close to our location, and the hosts was super friendly, cozy clean environment. Definitely would use Vertoe when we go on our other trips.”
