Very is a relatively new brand, first launched in 2009, but it has quickly become one of Britain’s best known fashion retailers. Very is an online department store that stocks over 50,000 products from the new catwalk trends through to the most iconic new tech on the market plus some of the biggest brands on the planet and unique collections from celebs like Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby too.

“Good payment plans. good response from customer help line when I needed it. Next day delivery on most items I have purchased & free if collected from a collection point of which there is one very near my home so easy to pick up. free delivery important as many firms can charge up to £5 delivery even on a small item”

“Very.co.uk although a catalogue breaks the boundaries of the stereotypical catalogues from the 80's by offering great items at very low prices with the option of spreading the cost. On a recent web search they came up cheaper for my iPad than any of the others including currys. I have shopped at very for ten years and have been satisfied with all aspects of their service.”

“I have used very.co.uk since 2012. My wife also has an account. Our credit limit combined is £9000. We nearly always use buy now pay later (12 months) for interest free credit and pau it off in time. We always pay any other amounts before interest accrues. We couldn't be happier. Occasionally there have been hiccups with some of their suppliers but they have always sorted it out. Customer services have always been helpful and not once have we had any language difficulties. Returns are accepted with no questions asked. Like I said, we couldn't be happier. I'm sure that other people here have legitimate reasons to be sour but all I can say is we have a different experience.”

“I recently became a Very.co.uk customer and am pleased with them so far. Ordered 2 pairs of expensive trainers and some speakers to enhance the sound on my laptop, all parcels arrived on time and driver was polite. Quality of goods ordered was excellent and a bonus that they're website was easy to use aswell.”
