Very is an online department store that stocks over 50,000 products from the new catwalk trends through to the most iconic new tech on the market plus some of the biggest brands on the planet and unique collections from celebs like Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby too.

“I ordered a laptop from them and they said it would be delivered 8 calendar days later. The night before it was due to be delivered they rang me to say it was out of stock and they had cancelled the order. When I rang them the following day they had no record of the order being cancelled and said they would ring back. They didn't. I rang them and they said "if we said we will call you back, we will", but they didn't. Its appalling that they didn't tell me it was out of stock earlier and didn't call me back.”

“I have ordered twice now with Very and the first time they were fine and the second time I had an issue. They didn't let me know that one of my items was out of stock and they sent the other items. When I rang they informed me what the problem was, but that isn't good enough? I would have liked to have heard from them without having to call!”

“So far so good. I ordered from them once and the order went through fine and they even called to discuss my delivery time. I confirmed that it was a good time for me and they delivered when I asked. No problems at all.”

“Ordered items last october, was charged twice for delivery and called to get one removed. I was told by the advisor that I was calling a premium number and it would have been cheaper to pay for the 2 deliveries. I checked, it is not a premium number. Just tried to order again and was told my bank had not released funds and that I should contact them. I did so and they had released funds and gave me a ref. no. to prove it. Advisors were useless and I will never order from them again. All I wanted was to order items and pay for them directly but it seems that Very like you to open a credit account. My bank will give them the money but their bank won't accept it. Fine by me - they've just lost my business.”

“I have been waiting 10 days for my returns to be collected. I spoke to tehn and all they could say was it is not our fault, who fault is it then? certainly not mine! This is the 1st and last time I use them! Gemma - Unbeatable.co.uk”

“My bed purchase from Very went very smooth. They called quickly to schedule my delivery and called with a reminder. The two delivery people were really nice even though they had to carry a bed up two flights of stairs!”
