Sent back an item as the box was damaged and it was a present for someone. I have proof from Royal Mail that they received it but now it's been a month and my money has still not been credited to my account, by law they have 2 weeks in which to process returns this company is a scam.

Zero stars if I could report that.
Very sent me a used item. No security hygiene seal, tangled cord with hair in the curlers. Absolutely disgraceful service. How can a used item be dispatched as a new product when returns is a different address!

Trying to create a returns label took me at least 6 attempts kept saying invalid email address even though it was the correct one so much easier when had the return label inside the parcel

Extremely disappointed with Very (not the catalogue/website itself but the returns department needs to get it's act into gear!) Twice now in the space of a few months I've returned items which don't get credited back to your account even after 21 days - resulting in lengthy telephone calls - putting in investigations - then more waiting and chasing.

long and short of it - they cant find my returns! Nor can they find the tracking info & to make matters worse i tried to post a review on their site regarding the items and was advised it doesn't meet their criteria - so you're clearly not allowed to list the facts if they're not in Verys favour.
