AWFUL!!!!! x2 faulty £600 laptops received - 1st the keypad didnt work and the 2nd is literally bent and they want me to call HP again (who just so happen to not be open till next week!) so they can come to my house and look at it to agree its bent!!! Nearly a month since ordering the 1st and still no laptop to use! Should have know as laptop i purchased before (around 2013) had to be replaced as had a german keyboard! Never a manager available and the department you need is always closed! Shocking!

Very is the most unprofessional fraudulent company to be ever created in the market of online shopping. Please avoid and please do not make the mistakes of trusting this company with your money. There is no trust with in this company. Very have a call base in an international country who are not capable of their job. They are not trained to be a costumer service advisor. The advisors have a habit of not continuing the phone call and disconnecting the call as and when they please. I’m due to be getting married in a weeks time 20/10/17. Items I have bought and paid for is worth £329. Furniture for my new home. 2 weeks after delivery nothing had been sent to my address Having £329 taken out of my account to not have the items in my possession is basically fraud. Requested to speak to a manager however on all occasions I have been told there is no management available. No courtesy to say that the manager will call you back. Please please please take my advice and do not give this company a penny as there is no way to track your money once taken out.

I saw a lovely bed frame witch i decided to buy advertised as from £299 to £701 choose bedframe no mattress went to basket and it came up as £439 so i went back and tried all buying options you cannot buy this bedframe for £299 so i phoned customer services to only be disconected during call rang again to be put through and just have somone banning the phone rang again once more only to be disconected again then tried live chat only to be told the price of the bed went up because i chose a colour did not matter what i did was not possible to buy this for £299 was then told i no this is confusing so sorry NOT CONFUSING FALSE ADVERTISING AND VERY DECEPTIVE.Iam so angry about the way the chat infered that it was me who was stupid i will never shop with very again.

I didn't realise that when you paid towards buy now pay later goods, that you also had to make a payment towards a monthly minimum payment. Very reported a missed payment to the credit reference agencies and refused to get this taken off. I had been a good customer and paid things off quickly, as they admitted at Very. Oh well what can I say. Misleading information and poor customer service to say the least. Good bye and good riddens to Very. My advice is to stay away. My account is now closed !

Ordered goods but 10 days later still not arrived. Both Yodel and Very customer service are atrocious .....wish me luck that the goods arrive soon!!! Avoid them at all costs!

Had never missed a payment until I unfortunately lost my Job, as soon as I got another job I caught up very quickly but the company was unsimpatheric and sent me a email saying I could no longer order and are closing my account when the balance is settled anyone could loose their job and I have accounts elsewhere that were very understanding and happy to keep me as a customer. Fantastic, service with a great range of goods. Convenient online shopping with tracked delivery service. On time and in first class condition. I Recommend their service. Yes you can buy cheaper and shop around but nothing beats the convenience of Very's service.

Most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. My account was deleted for no apparent reason, when I contacted VERY, I was informed that a mistake was made. I ask how this could be fixed and was informed that I would need to file a complaint. Guess what! The complaints department does not have a contact number. I have now spent over 3 days waiting for them to call me back and still nothing. Disgusting and disgraceful customer service. Good bye

Always hard to resolve any issues and if you shop with Very you’ll have lots of issues! They use a very sharp practice to get you to buy more, they give you two months notice that unless your balance is in excess of £1000 your interest rate will increase by about 10%. This is only to get you to purchase more on your account, there can be no other reason but then to top that they still charge the extra interest even if your account balance exceeds £1000! This has happened twice to me and it takes many calls to their ‘customer service’ dept, usually ending up with having to make a complaint to get the matter put right. Many people wouldn’t go through the hassle so they gain two ways. Once my account is paid off I will never use them again even though I have been a good customer of many years standing.

Failed to deliver a paid for £800 fridge freezer without any notice, and then failed to contact me the next day about when they would deliver it. When I rang them, they had no answer as their 'system was down'. Quite obviously never had the item in stock and were scrambling to find one. Shockingly bad.

Waiting three days for a delivery, rearranged didn’t turn up but yodel said they left a card saying they been but they hadn’t, charged my account before even receiving the goods. Sent e mails no response very poor customer service. Would not use again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! HAVING A MAJOR ISSUE WITH A RETURN/REFUND. ITEM REFUSED TO BE REFUNDED AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE SENT ITEM BACK TO ME WHICH THEY HAVE NOT. I have now looked at others review and think its time Trading Standards step in.

Everything went wrong... There was problems with their telephone lines. Their customer service was appalling. Staff were unhelpful and incompetent!
