“ Beware! Do not buy from this site. No return address, and returns are not free! The items are shipped from Germany and quite frankly the dress I ordered is nothing like the photo, it is a piece of utter tat! ”

“ The dress is made of very cheap fabric . It’s nothing like the picture. You are misleading people because your garments are low quality from China . No returns paperwork or address provided. Badly sewn with threads and seams all crooked . ”

“ Like other customers, if I had read the returns pilocy would not have used! Good are not as website puctures and trying to retun an item is like pulling teeth. You chase and chase and they are reluctant to send you a returns form and address to send back to. They obviously don't understand the customers statutory rights at all. Avoid using as not worth the hassle. ”

“ I ordered a swimsuit. Checked the size chart. I’m a big lady so needed size 22/24. The size chart measurements indicated I needed a 5 XL. When it arrived it was more like a size 12/14. The returns policy states it will not accept returns on swimwear , lingerie and earrings . I didn’t even attempt to try it on it looked so small. I will not be ordering anything from this company again ”

“ Don't even bother ordering from this company as there not based in the uk also it's a scam I have spent £80 on 3 tops for my partner to find that they come with no labels also they are not what they look like what's on the picture and they smell funny . So have tried to contact them and they did respond and sent me a returns code but it does not work still waiting for a responce . ”

“ Dresses are extremely poor quality and they don't except returns if not damaged. Pictures look great but fabric cheap and nasty. In dress with net, it's so harsh if worn would rub skin. Too expensive for what you get and no returns. ”
