Hi I have ordered a fiesta garden stove with extras back in March and paid in full, delivery date of 13th May been and gone despite John from vesta stoves emailing to advise would be delivered on 13th May. I can see lots of people are having customer service problems and are not receiving their goods... any ideas, where do I stand in getting refund as they have not supplied goods or honoured delivery date...any ideas

Hi If you wish to recieve a refund please email sales@vestastoves.co.uk with the subject "refund request" we will do that immediately. Otherwise if you email john@vestastoves.co.uk we will progress the order and find out why it may be delayed
