“I found this company very easy to order from. I looked up the item, it needed a prescription so my vet wrote one out at no charge, I scanned it into my computer, attached it with my order and the product was sent out very promptly. I am most impressed.”

“Very slow dispatch, ordered on Thursday evening, not despatched until Monday at 6pm. Delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Disappointed as needed the medication for my cat.”

“I think the postage and package charge is excessive at £6.99. There should be an option for cheaper p and p where the standard charge should be available. Majority of people order dog food well in advance.”
