“Efficient service. Only quibble is that all of the packaging for the two separate parcels was squashed and damaged but nothing inside was broken or spilt. I guess if it had been packed more securely the shipping costs would have been higher.”

“Ordered things twice in the past month orders arrived in a couple of days. So much cheaper than pet shops and vets. But ordered two adaptil collars one is in use at the moment but it keeps coming lose and need to return it as its faulty and don't know how. Worming tablets were very cheap.”
