I ordered these items because my two cats have fleas and we are still waiting for the order to arrive. Not happy at all.

Haven't received it yet! Missed the post and couldn't find the card to call and re - deliver so I called you to chase it up that was over a week ago and still haven't received it! So I can't review something I haven't got yet...sorry!

I made a order for wormers for our Samoyeds on the 12/1014. I paid by paypal as need the wormers quickly as one of my bitches had just been mated, After 2 weeks of still not receiving the goods that I paid for I email to ask where my order was that I had paid for in good faith for. I got no response so after now nearly 3 weeks I then contacted PayPal to investigate and hopefully get my money back. So as a pet owner & breeder of maine coon cats & samoyed dogs I found your customer service very poor and will be posting my experience with your webiste on my Hamshill website & facebook page to warn other breeders and pet owners how I was treated. I asked my vet if he could recommend somewhere I can get my cats meds from a bit cheaper than the enormous vet charges and he recommended vetsmed.The only fault I have with this service is the slowness of delivery.i waited almost two weeks for some urgent medication and ended up having to get supplies from my vet again.In order to get your meds in time,you need to order well in advance even though it said 3 to 5 days delivery

Ordered a product you said you had in stock. Paid for it and paid for express delivery. When the product was due to be delivered I received an email saying the product was out of stock and you didn't know when it would be in stock. I then went back on your site looked up the same product and you still said it was in stock. Great customer service! Perhaps you need to check your system before saying items are in stock

Delivery was late, I called twice to check and was told I would receive a callback and didn't. I then emailed and did receive a response but there was no acknowledgement that the order was late.

I came across your website via Google.co.uk when searching for Feliway plug in diffuser. The website was well laid out, provided useful informative advice & reviews and a wide selection of pet products. I was able to find what I was looking and purchase my item with confidence and ease. My only reservation was egarding shipping costs and delivery time. A reasonable cost for next day delivery for a small item would provide the customer with more confidence. The standard shipping delivery took one week. Which was a little too long. Apart from that a satisfying experience.

Will not be buying anything more as my complaint was not resolved to my satisfaction. When my order was received, a bag within a bag it was burst, (burst bags do not stay fresh) and was told by yourselves when I phoned that i had to repackage and return it in order to get a replacement. The bag should have been put in a box in the first place as I do not see why I should have to repackage it. This was my first order and it could have been much more but I have my principles and will not buy anything else until you put resolve my complaint.

Very disappointed as nearly all the tins of Royal Canin Sensitivity Chicken & Rice you sent were very dented & damaged throughout the whole tray, not just the tins on the edge of the pack. Although your dispatch time is good I will not be purchasing from you again as I do not want to buy damaged stock

My insurance provider Petprotect instructed me to use you and provide yourself with repeat prescriptions for 6 months of medication. I did this and paid for all 6 months up front. I followed this up with a phone call to make sure the medicine would be dispatched in intervals over the 6 months which they assured me it would which was important for me as my medication (Atopica) has a shelf life. I was needless to say disappointed that all 6 months arrived in the same shipment. I have since been in touch with my own vet who is going to contact Petprotect to see if they can continue to provide my medication at a price to match yourselves as it is more inconvenient for myself to purchase from you as I have to take my cat to the vet each time a prescription is needed, complete claim forms myself, obtain prescriptions from my vet and arrange for someone to be in when my medication is delivered. Previously I went to my vet without having to take my cat for an examination, got my medication there and then and they completed the claim form on my behalf with no inconvenience to myself.

2 of 3 items of stock i ordered and paid for did not arrive. Handwriten note on the despatch note said refund for those items had been applied...one month later i realised it hadnt and had to get in touch to be refunded for stock i paid for but was not delivered. Not good enough

Hi Steven ORDER NO. 153732 Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience this time with my prescription dog food order. Your customer services assistants were always very helpful but I never received the goods I ordered despite being told 3 times that I would (Parcel Force were to blame apparently). I think it would be helpful should the same thing happen again for you to send out a replacement order straight away by next day delivery. I don't want to risk ordering my dog's food from you again as I actually ran out as I was waiting so long (2 weeks from date of order) which isn't great as she needs that particular food as she suffers from pancreatitis. Also the first order I placed with you arrived promptly but you sent the regular Hills Prescription I/D and not the Low Fat version which I ordered (I didn't bother to report this to you as my dog is fine with the non low fat version). Sorry to be so negative but as I said, your customer service assistants were always very professional, polite and efficient and I received an email promptly on request telling me that I would get a refund.

Ordered item. Wrong one sent. Phoned, was told to pass item to charity, correct item would be sent out. Item not received in fact it had not been sent! I phoned again, was passed to manager, NO apology, he said it was the wrong picture on the website which I knew as I had checked incase I had ordered the wrong item. Correct item was sent. I should not have had to phone the second time and I should have had an apology. I am not impressed with VDM. Diane Mills (Mrs)

I phoned on Saturday 30th September to confirm you had received the faxed prescription from my vet. I phoned three times with three promises that someonewould ring me back - no one phoned me and no message was left on my answer phone. I had the vet fax you a second copy to hopefully ensure that you had the appropriate prescription for what are life required medication for my dog. Although the drugs are cheaper from you company your customer is crap. I will not be using you again.

I have made a few orders via yourselves, my last but one order was sent efficiently but when I ordered this time I was told the order could not be sent as I had mistakenly sent the copy prescription and not the original. Although you had sent the first months supply against it. The initial contact also took a few days. This caused a delay obviously and I ran out of tablets for my dog.

We use VetMeds regularly and are essentially happy with the service. I do however, find it extremely frustrating trying to find items on the website. Even though I am often looking for repeat products I find the search pathways utterly frustrating! One other point that you may fix now that Vetmeds is in new hands - as a nurse I am used to anything relating to medication being very carefully documented. Whenever I receive cat worming tablets there is invariably nothing to tell me what the expiry date is, as the blister packs have usually been cut so that the batch number and expiry are missing. I find it annoying and concerning about potential errors and I'm sure that is probably against the rules! Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback. Much appreciated. regards Helen Dickson
