“My original order was shipped in a reasonable time after I was told that the left handle toilet tank i had ordered was out of stock, and it was being replaced with a right handle toilet tank. No big deal.
But the week after my original order arrived, another toilet tank was erroneously shipped to me as well. Customer Service rep Shantlee advised me to send back the delivery made in error.
I have since had the erroneous delivery on my front porch marked "Return to Sender" in it's original packaging for nearly 3 weeks!!! Shantleee tells me each week that a pickup will be "attempted", but i am not aware of anyone attempting to pick up the package. If it is not picked up by Friday, i will be discarding it.
