“I bough3 tickets for bull fight. The price is 90 Euro each, supposed to be the best seat, but actually it is the poorest location, last roll in the stadium. The ticket is not what the price should be. The seller definitely is cheating. Do not use it.”

“Title: Sold Me Fake Tickets – No Help, No Refund! I had a terrible experience with Viagogo. I purchased tickets for Zhou Shen’s concert (Order #556281416) scheduled for April 12, 2025. After paying a high price, I later found out that the tickets I received were fake and do not exist. I contacted Viagogo’s customer service multiple times to request a refund, but their responses were robotic and completely ignored the fact that I was sold fraudulent tickets. They simply repeated that all sales are final, even when the product they provided was clearly not legitimate. This is unacceptable. As a customer, I expected Viagogo to verify the legitimacy of tickets sold on their platform. Instead, I was scammed and left with no valid tickets and no refund. I urge everyone to be extremely cautious when using Viagogo. Based on my experience, they do not take responsibility for fake tickets and offer no real customer support when things go wrong. I will be reporting this issue to consumer protection agencies and will never use this platform again.”

“Viagogo took our money and ten days later no tickets. We had to chase them for a refund on the day of the event. Viagogo borders on unscrupulous and lacks all integrity. They are a complete joke - never again!”

“Viagogo used UPS to deliver my tickets. The tickets never arrived. In numerous attempts to investigate with UPS, they clearly pointed at the sender as their only legit point of contract to trigger investigations or respond to with according results. After a total of 15 calls and 8 supervisor escaltions with Viagogo's support, they sit on a "UPS tracking says it has been delivered" and don't comply to do anything from their end, not even triggering the investigation at UPS. I am lost in the void of UPS not regarding me as a respected customer and Viagogo giving a literal shizz about whether I even got my order. Unbelievable.”

“SCAM! Absolutely disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased three tickets for Dave Chappelle's show in London on December 2nd, intending it to be a reunion and celebration for three cousins. However, we only received one ticket. After contacting Viagogo customer support and explaining the situation, including the additional expenses for our flight, their response was completely unhelpful and they just ignored our complaint! The tickets cost £255 each,therefore £765.00 which is a significant amount, and the lack of support from their customer service is unacceptable. I will personally reach out to Dave Chappelle to share my experience with him as well. I will never use Viagogo again and strongly advise others to avoid this company as well!”
