Bad experience, not recommended Bought a ticket for for a show in Vienna the 8th of November since July and I paid a 40Euros for international shipping Received an email confirming my purchase After logging in I've found that the tickets will arrive on the 7th of November to my country (the event on the 8th) the site didn't highlight the delivery date prior or during the checkout I contacted the Viagogo agent on the chat box, he was completely away from helping me to find a solution to make sure that the ticket will arrive few days before the event so I can manage my flight and accommodation reservations He said "sorry I can't help you, you have to wait until the 7th of November !" After a loooong chat with him I didn't find any help from his side I contacted the help desk again asking the following "what if you deliver the tickets to an address in Vienna will you deduct the international shipping fees and charge me for local delivery fees ?" The amazing answer was NO, I'll will never use Viagogo site again, very bad experience

The good - Easy to purchased the tickets and a good delivery The bad £131-89 paid for my tickets !!!! When i received the tickets the actual price was £35 each So we all expect to pay for any service but £61-89 is quite honestly a total bloody rip off I will not use this company again and advise others to avoid like the plague RIP OFF

They literally tried to charged me £580 pounds from £350 tickets. This is just a scam. £12 per ticket for FedEX international delivery (the concert is in UK) and then £71 for booking fee and VAT. What even are they on about?

They are a rip off. Charge you 4 times the ticket price plus £5 - £10 delivery charge for online ticket ? Rip off

I placed an order for race day tickets and became uneasy when Viagogo could not give a delivery date. I asked to cancel the order. Viagogo said refund was not possible but I could sell tickets on their site. A horrible, commission hungry and lazy company. I will not use again and would not recommend.

Awful service as they promised a delivery on a certain date and did not deliver then refusing to give me a refund after a missed delivery! Recycled around multiple useless customer service operators who say the same thing with no responsibility for what they say they will do. Terrible terrible website and useless customer service.

If it were possible- it would be a NO STAR review! What a morally reprehensible business! I cannot stress more how much you shouldn’t use this site! My case was a complex one as the tickets I had bought had been bought and sold twice before I received them. As instructed, by this deplorable company, I got in contact with the seller (7 days before the concert), much to my and her dismay they were considered ‘unusable’ because they had the original sellers name on them (as per Viagogo’s email you cannot enter the arena without the seller and the original purchase card). After DAYS of both buyer 2 and I calling and speaking to the operators (4 days before the concert) back and forth, back and forth they now assured us I could use the tickets and that Viagogo would have a guarantee that I could attend the concert (believe me, this is the short version!!!). Completely contradicting what was sent in writing to me. When I challenged this, (3 days before the concert), I was again assured all would be fine. In the meantime I had forgotten my password to log into my account- request a new password-NO ACTION! When speaking to the operator, she said ‘oh it should take a few hours’ I said I had been waiting DAYS and asked if there was any way she could send me a renewal link-No, that was not possible. After all this anguish to see if I was even going to make it to the concert, buyer 2 sends me the tickets recorded delivery as the concert is now in 2 days! THANK YOU! I received them- whilst in my possession, buyer 2 received a completely uncalled for and accusing email to say she had not sent them! I go back to my initial statement now, of a morally reprehensible business-why you ask? Because the original seller sold the tickets at FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET!! MY QUESTION TO YOU, Viagogo- is how you find it acceptable, moral, and respectable to allow people to put whatever mark up they feel like for a ticket? When did it become the decent thing to allow people to do what they want to make a quick buck? BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY-How, as a so called ‘legitimate company’, do you NOT have a cap on how much a person can put up the price? Overall-A truly shocking experience! I will never use your business again and will shout it from the rooftops so that hopefully, other unsuspecting individuals do not have to go through this! You are utterly disgraceful and dishonest!
