“ WORST PLATFORM EVER!! I bought VIP tickets for a soccer match and I had to contact them bc I hadn’t received the tickets the day of the event! When I contacted them they said the seller wasn’t able to fulfill the order EVEN THO they confirmed my order weeks ago!! Why do they sell tickets the seller isn’t able to fulfill!? And then they just gave me the option to get some tickets that are worth less than half of my tickets and didn’t refund me anything! We even traveled to the city just for the match, paid a hotel night, rented a car (bc originally we had parking access). ”

“ The site shows you that they have tickets available, but its a lie! And they don't give you refund - this is a direct violation of consumer rights! My story: I bought 2 tickets to Depeche Mode. ”

“ Concert starts soon. Confirmation of seat numbers sent days ago but no tickets and no QR code. 2 days trying to get QRCode but links lead nowhere. They’ve sent a link for replacement tickets but it states there are no tickets available. Ripped off but won’t give up on a refund yet. Avoid like the plague ”

“ Sadly a few hours before the concert we were told we arent getting the tickets after wed been give the run around for days prior, Viagogo were uninterested in helping us and offered me a refund which i doubt i will recieve , luckily i found a few tickets for the same show in a different location for half the price through ticket master, DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO Viagogo , THEY SCAMMED US AND WILL SCAM YOU TOO WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT. ”
