“We have used Viator for shore excursion in Europe, Canada and the US and have always been pleased with the excellent service, reasonable prices and exceptional guides. We have also used them in New York city for transfers from the cruise port and transfers to airport. I would highly recommend this company.”

“We had never used Viator before until 3 days ago. I was skeptical in the beginning. After two booked tours, I am sold. Both experiences were very good. We will definitely use Viator again in the future. They are a great alternative to cruise ship shore excursions.”

“Thank you for a great day watching 1000 year old icebergs float around and disappearing. Great driver and tour guide. Stops were appropriate in time length and ride was smooth. Icebergs were absolutely stunning. A must when visiting Iceland.”

“Finding the perfect trip was so easy!! (and they had promotion which made it even better). I believe that Viator (Australia) only engage proper tour company on their listings and that made the experience so much more enjoyable. I bought passes for the Puffing Billy & Yarra Valley Wineries tour (AAT Kings) and had an amazing day trip. Thumbs Up!!”

“25 September 2016 Excellent excursion, well organised, you get to see as much as one can in such a short time. Windsor great castle Nice food in the pub small portions though, If we had an additional 30 min in Bath we would have entered the Roman Baths. It was a bit cold in the bus due to the a/c make sure to bring sth to wear. Great tour guide and driver also Lucy and Richard ! It was well worth it.”

“the staff on the trip were very good and knowledgeable. Added a lot to the trip, The young lady driving left a bit to be desired. She went into corners way too fast a number of times, then having to crank the wheel hard to make the corner. I and many others had to brace a few times. She was quite polite and friendly herself. Just needs to learn a bit more about driving for passenger comfort.”
