“I booked a total of 5 tours with Viator. I'm pleased with the service but was not aware that there were multiple tour operators within Viator. Good to have email communication with the tour operators because my Amalfie Coast tour was rescheduled and the notice was emailed to me. I was lucky that I could go on the postponed date because I had enough days in Rome. Not every tourist will have a phone data plan when travelling so it was good that there was email notification.”

“Viator offer an excellent range of trips at very reasonable prices. The website was easy to use and all arrangements where carried out with no problems. Even the tour which was cancelled due to bad weather was quickly refunded. I will definitely be booking with Viator again. Thank you.”

“The tour offerings were varied and extensive. We booked 4 different tours, each were excellent with very knowledgable guides who were very accommodating. The website was very easy to use.”

“A nice tour through some quaint food stores including a bakery and a Parma ham purveyor make this a pleasant morning. It does not really provide an opportunity to sample all of the variety of Milanese specialties nor does it attempt to do so preferring to selectively visit just a few shops.”

“you are well organized and very efficient. My plane ride was delayed, so I didn't make it on time for one of my tours. I easily rescheduled the tour for another day, and I was given the full experience of the tour. I didn't lose money or the opportunity to explore the tour. Thank You for the excellent service. “Viator - is not a tour company - it is a consolidator - the tours are other companies. Some items - like water on tour - bathroom facilities lacking are common - also pricing wdirect are many times much cheaper - thus the poor rating -- viator needs to spell this out !@”

Hello, Thank you for your message. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced while on your tour. As you note, we are a tour broker and not the operator of the tours we offer. Our Tour Operators do let us know what information to print with each tour, however, if you feel any information is missing, do feel free to let us know so we can request an information amendment from our tour operator. Our Tour Operators do sell their tours for the same price in person as they offer to us, our prices include any taxes or fees that you may incur, so it does sometimes appear that the prices in person are cheaper, but the prices on site are usually the prices listed without taxes and fees. In may cases, we end up being cheaper for our customers, as we permit for a variety of currencies for booking on our website, which assists customers in avoiding conversion fees. “Plenty of choices to be made when visiting any area. The one thing I would say....shop around as a lot of companies similar to Viator will give you substantial discounts when booking multiple trips with them. And the more you book as time goes along they are aware and reward you accordingly.”

“We have booked several tours through victor, both when we have been on cruises and also on land based vacations in the Caribbean and also in Europe. Tour selection is excellent and pricing is competitive and very reasonable. I highly recommend them and whenever we are looking for tours , Viator is one of the first places I look.”

“I have used Viator for the past few years and really became quite comfortable using this app. It is relatively easy to use the app to book all your tours. The App is self explanatory and if you make a mistake you can always go back to make corrections. What I also like is if you're not comfortable with the online process you can always call and speak to someone in reference to your booking tours. I have recommended Viator to friends and family. I'll continue to use Viator not only to book tours, but to also read reviews.”
