“I booked a tour 7 days prior to travelling. The email I received from Viator advised that I would receive Another email to confirm the booking. I did not receive confirmation so I emailed Viator, because not only did I not know if the tour was booked, I did not know the meeting place for the tour or the start time. I received no reply. At this point I was in Poland and not the UK. I read their website which advised that if I cancelled the booking I still had to pay. I had no other option than to phone the UK on my mobile. The call took 20 minutes while they got confirmation from the tour company!!! There was no apology . The actual tour and the tour operator in Poland was great, but Viator what a disappointment.”

Hello, Thank you for your message, and for providing your booking number. We do show that there was an unfortunate delay in us receiving a reply from the tour operator concerning this confirmation. We do try to chase up with the tour operators to receive their confirmations. Most of the time we have these confirmations within 48 hours without issue. We are sorry to hear this was not the case for you. In reference to your call, our agent on the phone asked you to send us a copy of the charges incurred when you called us so we could investigate a resolution for you. “As foreigners this tour was an excellent way to learn about the place, it's beauty and the history and culture of the aboriginal population of the center Australia. The tour was well planned, always on time and the drivers and tour guides knowledgeable and fun. Good value for the money.”

“When we travel, if possible, we always use Viator. The prices are reasonable, the guides are very knowledgeable and the skip the line tickets save time. The website is really good and it is so easy to book on line. Everything is made clear.”

“Viator as an excellent one stop shop for all of your excursions. I have used them in various Countries around the World and have always found the tours to be excellent value. The guides are always very knowledgeable in their field and show you the real inside story of wherever you are. I highly recommend the use of the Viator website, you'll not be disappointed.”

“I took 5 tours, absolutely amazing. Extremely informative, organized, memorable. Outstanding guides - Martina, Francesco and Olivia from "Walkabout". Fantastic communication skills: friendly, sharp, knowledgable, open- minded, free spirit. The best tours are: Tuscany, Cinque Terre hiking tour, Independant Venice Day Tour, Florence walking Tour 3 museums, hop on- hop off bus Florence. I reserved hotel for a week in Florence next to SMN train station (2 min walking), all tours destination departure. Arrived from Nice to Florence by Eurolines bus 7 h. Suggestions- in Independant Venice Day Tour voucher indicated meeting place SMN station, should be more concrete, if I didn't meet people from another agency, I will be lost, in their voucher was indicated concrete point. Makes a sense cut of the time from Pisa for San Giminiano ( not enought time especially in case of rain ). Besides of that everything else is great! Thanks!!!”
