“Whilst in Ciro for our first time, we went to see the pyramids and lucky enough we found @fatmashaffey as our tour guid. She was amazing. From the moment we met her we knew that this was an experience we were never going to forget. Her knowledge about the history of the pyramids and ancient Egypt was as if she had lived it. Also her photography skills were brilliant. She knew all the secret spots to get the perfect picture where there were no people. These are memory’s that I will never forget and will be with me forever. Thank you Fatma for the experience of a life time❤❤❤❤🦋”

“We booked an excursion in Malaysia with Vijayan Krishnan yesterday. It was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and interesting. We finished our Batu Cave and our waterfall tour early and we showed interest in the palm trees we were passing. He brought us there and explained how they do everything. We also got to go see eagles get fed from a boat ride. It was an amazing day. I don’t think it would have been the same without him. He was amazing tour guide”

“My parents and I joined a day tour with Amigos Tour via Viator.com for Chichen Itza and Cenote swim from Cancun. Not only were they on time and very professional, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Rafael and Rodrigo Cat worked as a great team and we had a great time with them. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who may want to learn about Mayan history and be entertained by a great storyteller.”

“ABC TOURS ABU DHABI TOUR Good communication from paying for the tour upto the tour pick up. Great tour guide good communication and loads of fantastic information about the city. Very enjoyable tour and would definately recommend to any family and friends its a must to do whilst in dubai! Binu was great and we all had a good rapport on the tour bus when talking about the history and knowledge of dubai. all thanks to Binu for making it an enjoyable and pleasant trip. Thank you.”

“We booked a evening gondola ride in Venice Italy. When we arrived the gondola ride was canceled due to rainy weather. I contacted Viator via their website to get a refund. After several days I was advised that information had been confirmed and a refund would be credited to my credit card. Have used Viator several times and have been pleased. Will use Viator in the future”

“The CamdenTown Matkets tour was lovely. My husband and I received a photo of our personal guide beforehand, and she met us at a designated place to take us on our tour. We had a lot of fun, shopping, exploring and eating. She took us to Primrose Hill, a Park with s lookout point, and we saw parts of London from atop a Hill. We all went then to Borough Market, which was also wonderful with shops and eateries. Our guide was co side rate of our ages, helping us down steps and watching out for us in traffic, crossing the streets. She was kind, caring and a genuine sweet person. Our tour was amazing!”

“We have been on tours all over the world with Viator. We have loved every tour! The tour guides pointed out sights of interest on the way to each destination, were witty and entertaining as well as informative. Leeds Castle, Dover, Canterbury, Kensington Palace, Auckland, Sydney, London all were rich with history and beautiful sights to see. Viator made the difference in enriching the experience!”

“We booked the private tour of the three Venice islands. Our guide was Hazel who arrived at the agreed meeting time at our hotel. We were transported by water taxi to the islands. We enjoyed the glass factory and seeing the lovely lace. Hazel is an excellent guide and has an in depth knowledge of the history of Venice and the islands. We would recommend this tour especially with Hazel as your guide. Lovely half day with time to explore Venice on the other half of the day.”

“We did the day trip from Barcelona to Figueres to visit the Dali museum .. collected as promised from hotels 0730 and met at station by Viator rep . Had some coffe and we and just 2 others on this tour caught train to Figueres . Met by tour guide Jessica who was lovely and made the museum visit so much more informative and really interesting .. great tour and an excellent duration . Caught train back at 1245 pm and as it's only a 55 minute trip we still had all the afternoon back in Barcelona .. highly recom and congrats to Jessica for her wonderful friendly and knowledgable self ali”

“We went on a private Tour with Marcelo today in Rio de Janeiro, we had a wonderfull time with him, he speaks very good English, knows alle the fun things to see and do, is patient with his customers and most of all a very nice guy and a skillfull driver!! Great guy on a great tour!”

“I booked a Gondola Ride with Serenade and dinner and it was fabulous. The gondola ride was quick-maybe a 20 minute ride? The guy who serenaded made sure to rotate to each boat so that everyone was able to hear him and he sang loud enough that even when he was not close by you could hear him. It was nice to cruise down the smaller canals also. It was a nice experience and the dinner was delicious. It was a little difficult finding the restaurant, it is about a 10-15 min walk from the gondolas but it was nice and somewhat romantic to be eating with the locals and not all the tourist. This is definitely worth purchasing and experiencing!!”

“My husband and I were traveling in Cornwall, England with two friends and being from the US, we were uncomfortable driving on the left side of the road so we decided we needed a car and driver. Another friend had highly recommended Viator tours to us so we found two, one-day Viator Cornwall tours providing a skilled guide/driver. The two tours were in the two areas we wanted to visit but did not necessarily include some things we wanted to do and see. The Viator website indicated that the tour could be customized so we asked to speak to the guide ahead of time in order to plan the customization. A couple of weeks ahead of time, James (our guide/driver) for the two tours, contacted me by email and we worked out a plan for both days that met the needs of all four of us. We were very pleased with Viator, their website, their basic tour design, the way the payments were handled and the ease of booking. We also cannot speak highly enough of James, our guide. He picked us up right on time, was extremely accommodating, had a very nice, clean vehicle and even provided water as well as rain jackets and umbrellas when we encountered bad weather. His choice of places to have lunch were excellent. Not only did his suggestions give us a sense of the local cuisine but outstanding examples of it. We would give James and Viator the highest rating possible.”
