“Viator was easy to navigate through, quick and easy, I didn't like the fact that for the cartago ruins it was just one building, when it says ruins, plural, everything else was as described”

“I was introduced to Viator in a very casual conversation at the last moment in trying to arrange a tour. Since then, my wife and I have been extremely pleased with all of the ones we have booked.... Paris, Rome/Vatican, Cologne, Munich/Dachau, Bucharest/ Castle tour, and more, including airport transfer in some of those. Always nice transportation, informative guides, reasonable prices.”

“had many problems booking thru viator. first reservation i made was cancelled a week later because it was thanksgiving. i get that it was thanksgiving but viator took my reservation!!!! the second reservation i made was changed 5 days before our trip because the equipment i reserved was not available at the time i chose. Had to call company directly to get it taken care of. then when we arrived at company they could not find our reservation, that may be the companies problem but i have never had a reservation with expedia or any other website have so many issues.”

“I have been on 4 Viator day trips in two Cities, Madrid and Tokyo. I found that each tour was satisfying and good value for my money. I plan to book more Viator day trips in my future travels.”

“We've had very good tours from Viator and will continue to use them! However, only 4 stars because the prices are a bit high. Even compared with the same place at the website for the location, Viator is always $5-$20 more.”

“When I start planning my next trip I always check viator first for excursions and transfers , I have been doing so for many years now and never disappointed me. Prices are better than other sites. 5 months ago came back from Europe and used Viator's vouchers for most of the cities I visited this time and enjoyed every single one of them. Thanks Viator for taking me there!”

“I found the Viator tours to be fun and they offered some unique things. For the most part the tours were dependable and well organized. The dinners with hosts in cities. Red a little work. They need to ask more questions so they can fit you with the correct host/hostess and the correct menu so that a person can have the complete experience they are expecting. In each of my experiences the hosts/hostesses were wonderful but the food was disappointing and even after I had booked and paid for the dinners I had to keep following up to get the address, etc. But the dinners are good idea and I'm sure they will work out the kinks. All in all I found Viator's tours well worth the money.”

“Overall, I have not had many issues with choosing Viator. But when I booked my tours in Krakow, Poland, I should have been told up front that you would not pick me up at my hotel. The website specified hotel pick up but only after I booked the tours did I learn that you did not pick up at my hotel. I think you should have a list of hotels for us to pick from so that we are certain you will pick us up and not have to find other transportation.”

“Whenever I think about a new destination for my holidays, I immediately go to VIATOR to find out what to do and the choices I have. There are always several options and I trust that when I hire a trip here, it will happen. Once in a while there is an issue with the local partner, but nothing serious.”

“Have used the services of Viator several times in the last three years. I have booked airport transfers, excursions and tours, transfers to cruise ports and hotels. From water taxis and music recitals in Venice, Hop-on-off Buses in Dubai and transfers in South Africa. I have always been entirely satisfied with their professional service and reliability and make them my first choice whenever booking future trips. Highly recommended.”

“I have used Viator to book local tours in S.America and in Cambodia this year, and have been very pleased with the experiences. The website is easy to navigate, and has a huge range of tours on offer all pre-bookable online at reasonable prices. There is a mechanism for queries which seems to work efficiently and promptly. I have found the local firms I have booked via Viator to be reliable, friendly and to have a good standard of spoken English. The tours have all been good, often very good and sometimes excellent. In the absence of local knowledge, Viator has become my first point of enquiry for booking local tours in exotic parts of the world.”
