Whenever I think about a new destination for my holidays, I immediately go to VIATOR to find out what to do and the choices I have. There are always several options and I trust that when I hire a trip here, it will happen. Once in a while there is an issue with the local partner, but nothing serious.

We booked 3 tours in Rome. Colosseum/Forum tour was very good. Vatican tour was also, but a papal event prevented us from going into St Peter's. this was a scheduled event, and the tour company should have known ahead of time. The third tour guide (Fountains of Rome) never showed up at the meeting place. We called them and they told us it had been cancelled. Time wasted. But Viator quickly processed a refund. The guides we had for the two tours we did take were very good.

We traveled in Spain last month; we had booked 2 Guided tours by Viator. The organisation of the tour and the quality of the guides were excellent in both cases. Entry to many important monuments in Spain is by tickets. These tickets are limited and on some days they are sold out even before the day begins. Even if daily tickets are available, the queues are long and time consuming. Through Viator bookings we completely avoided tension and made best use of our time. There were a couple of monuments in Barcelona where we had not anticipated this and wished we had booked in advance through Viator! We thought the Day trip from Granada to Cordoba was over-priced by Viator, and did the trip on our own -- it worked out cheaper. Although the website promised the trip at "upwards from $138", the "actual cost" worked out to more than $350. The original promise was misleading and the price difference between estimate and actual was too big to ignore. This was not value-for-money or clear communication --- principles which Viator is known for.

Viator tours are very good. You can see the most out of everything in a day. Good for those who like to visit everything in the shortest time possible. A little tedious for family with young children and the elderly though.

Viator should have managed better coordination with the transport companies at Malta airport. They should also answer my emails more accurately and keep me informed of their pick-up times.

I had enjoyed All the Tours I made with Viator. However there was a bit of Hitch last year due to Bad Weather here in Australia and mistakes by my Travel Consultant in making my plane land at Mandalay instead of Yangon. However in retrospect it was enjoyable specially The Swedagon experience which I had seen twice...morning and later on twilight time! I definitely r commend Viator for Tour Reservations etc.

An easy to use travel site when you're on the go! Fast and easy to understand the booking and reply system, it was invaluable making plans on an iPad last minute when things just don't go according to plan!

I booked a total of 5 tours with Viator. I'm pleased with the service but was not aware that there were multiple tour operators within Viator. Good to have email communication with the tour operators because my Amalfie Coast tour was rescheduled and the notice was emailed to me. I was lucky that I could go on the postponed date because I had enough days in Rome. Not every tourist will have a phone data plan when travelling so it was good that there was email notification.

A nice tour through some quaint food stores including a bakery and a Parma ham purveyor make this a pleasant morning. It does not really provide an opportunity to sample all of the variety of Milanese specialties nor does it attempt to do so preferring to selectively visit just a few shops.

Plenty of choices to be made when visiting any area. The one thing I would say....shop around as a lot of companies similar to Viator will give you substantial discounts when booking multiple trips with them. And the more you book as time goes along they are aware and reward you accordingly.

Trips were good but although I booked two trips only one showed on my bookings page. As I was booking for friends as well I was concerned about the second booking even though I had a printed voucher for it and reassurances from customer services. All went well though and drivers turned up on time - so was well organised in the end.

I find some of the tours are exactly as discribed and others turn into something frustrating. The yellow bus never came in Porto, Portugal.

Most of Viator recommendations are good and with customer feedback, a lot can be improved. Viator should also look at providing consolidated feedback to respective countries for tourism policy issues and tourist handling by agents. Additional information such as sim card, communication and internet facility shall help the traveler. We need one local SIM with internet facility, which will help in a great deal to be in touch with Viator while traveling and for confirmations and changes. Continue evaluating good tourist packages and rate them Thanks Renukaprasad Belgur Mr.

I found a lot of options for things to-do in Hawaii. It was easy to schedule and the options we chose, an Oahu day trip and luau were all very good.

Good tours and good guides. All guides were very familiar with the areas shown. There is one issue with most of the tours which is identiying the guides at the begining of the tours. The meeting points are with different groups of people anf you have to be asking one by one if they are the guides and if they are the tour younare looking for. It is annoying. Guides should wear a identifyable color hat or vest with a good size name and tour name on it.

Using Viator took some of the 'stress' out of our tour. Knowing that parts of your trip were already booked and paid for meant that the cash in our pockets would last a little longer. The range of activities on offer was wide and there were no problems when handing over the vouchers so I would presume that the company's name held some respect. Thanks for helping to make our trip so enjoyable.

App works good. But some local tour operators associated are not as efficient as they say are.

Viator was easy to use and compare the different excursions to find the ones that best met our desires. The only drawback is that now we are getting all sorts of emails from Viator as if they think we constantly travel.
