“Plenty of choices to be made when visiting any area. The one thing I would say....shop around as a lot of companies similar to Viator will give you substantial discounts when booking multiple trips with them. And the more you book as time goes along they are aware and reward you accordingly.”

“We have booked several tours through victor, both when we have been on cruises and also on land based vacations in the Caribbean and also in Europe. Tour selection is excellent and pricing is competitive and very reasonable. I highly recommend them and whenever we are looking for tours , Viator is one of the first places I look.”

“I have used Viator for the past few years and really became quite comfortable using this app. It is relatively easy to use the app to book all your tours. The App is self explanatory and if you make a mistake you can always go back to make corrections. What I also like is if you're not comfortable with the online process you can always call and speak to someone in reference to your booking tours. I have recommended Viator to friends and family. I'll continue to use Viator not only to book tours, but to also read reviews.”

“Used Viator for all my cruise ship tours. Only had few logistical issues, but picked the tours carefully. They were also good to work with when you had issues.”

“This was my first time using Viator for a trip, especially being so far from home, to Barcelona, Spain. Everything was on time, very organized, lots of interesting and fun information. The meeting point was close to the port of our cruise and easy to find. We are very happy and satisfied to have done our Barcelona Tour with this company!!!”

“We had both a great experience and a terrible experience with Viator in Paris. The Eiffel Tower tour was perfect with a punctual and efficient and friendly host and a fantastic experience. Followed by a very terrible and disappointing experience with the tour to Palace of Versaile. There were 5 of us (we didn't know each other) waiting from 11 a.m. at pick up point. Suppose to pick up at 11:45. We phoned at 12 and were told 'we' missed the bus but 'we' were all there and the bus never came. They refused to send another van or to reimburse us for the trip. Everyone else is going to complain too. Whoever you have in charge of this trip should be fired and find a new company. He was totally rude on the phone. My son and I ended up taking a cab there in back and waiting in line and it ended up being a very costly day. I hope you will address this issue because now I would be afraid to use Viator in the future and I can't tell my friends to use it either. The Versaille trip was in my son's name, David Dehoney. So I would rate you one 'very good' and one 'very poor' Hope you read this. Elaine Dehoney”

“I love Viator - since happening upon the site i have used it for tours on every trip i have taken and i have constantly recommended Viator to both friends and other travellers i have met on the road. At times i have thought i should hold shares in the company i have recommended it so frequently. WHY? - because it successfully takes the work out of finding interesting, affordable tour opportunities when in foreign locations. Doing a tour is such a great way to get to know a place. I am very keen on walking and this kind of tour features prominently in the tours offered by Viator. I remember being blown away by a walking tour I did in the back streets of Athens - just fantastic and another in London - what a way to meet a city! Previously i would have trawled for hours looking for such small niche market tours. Thank you Viator.”

“I choose Viator when traveling because they have one of the largest array of offerings in a great selection of places. My experiences with them have always been great. Listings are accurate and tour guides are very informative and fun. I find Viator to also have reasonably priced tours and experiences. I highly recommend them and intend on using them many more times in the future when traveling!”

“Trips were good but although I booked two trips only one showed on my bookings page. As I was booking for friends as well I was concerned about the second booking even though I had a printed voucher for it and reassurances from customer services. All went well though and drivers turned up on time - so was well organised in the end.”

“Competitive rates and can get all holiday costs taken care of before you jet off leaving you free to enjoy your trip and not have to waste tme buying tickets once you reach your destination. To date Viator have been 100% reliable they are where they say they will be And are always on time.”
