“I was introduced to Viator in a very casual conversation at the last moment in trying to arrange a tour. Since then, my wife and I have been extremely pleased with all of the ones we have booked.... Paris, Rome/Vatican, Cologne, Munich/Dachau, Bucharest/ Castle tour, and more, including airport transfer in some of those. Always nice transportation, informative guides, reasonable prices.”

“When I start planning my next trip I always check viator first for excursions and transfers , I have been doing so for many years now and never disappointed me. Prices are better than other sites. 5 months ago came back from Europe and used Viator's vouchers for most of the cities I visited this time and enjoyed every single one of them. Thanks Viator for taking me there!”

“Have used the services of Viator several times in the last three years. I have booked airport transfers, excursions and tours, transfers to cruise ports and hotels. From water taxis and music recitals in Venice, Hop-on-off Buses in Dubai and transfers in South Africa. I have always been entirely satisfied with their professional service and reliability and make them my first choice whenever booking future trips. Highly recommended.”

“I have used Viator to book local tours in S.America and in Cambodia this year, and have been very pleased with the experiences. The website is easy to navigate, and has a huge range of tours on offer all pre-bookable online at reasonable prices. There is a mechanism for queries which seems to work efficiently and promptly. I have found the local firms I have booked via Viator to be reliable, friendly and to have a good standard of spoken English. The tours have all been good, often very good and sometimes excellent. In the absence of local knowledge, Viator has become my first point of enquiry for booking local tours in exotic parts of the world.”

“The constant reminder to print out the voucher is good, but also include a note as to why. Also communicate more clearly if there is something that needs to be done regarding the need to communicate 24hrs to the local company. Provide emails in the case a phone is not available.”

“We booked 2 recent tours with Viator whilst visiting Canada and whilst they were a little pricey, they both nevertheless were each good in their own way. Ultimate Niagara Falls Tour plus Helicopter Ride and Skylon Tower Lunch and Victoria and Butchart Gardens by Seaplane and Speed Boat And although we had some local contact problems to confirm the tour in Vancouver, we resolved this and enjoyed our trip. The 2 packages were excellent in their own way, and the organisers of each trip were very good. If you want to get an excellent experience whilst travelling, then Viator is an excellent way to secure a package.”
