“Finding the perfect trip was so easy!! (and they had promotion which made it even better). I believe that Viator (Australia) only engage proper tour company on their listings and that made the experience so much more enjoyable. I bought passes for the Puffing Billy & Yarra Valley Wineries tour (AAT Kings) and had an amazing day trip. Thumbs Up!!”

“We were very pleased with the tours we recently selected for our Paris trip. The guides and drivers were welcoming and pleasant and very knowledgeable. The tours helped us to learn more about Paris and what it had to offer so that we could then go out on our own and explore this beautiful city.”

“25 September 2016 Excellent excursion, well organised, you get to see as much as one can in such a short time. Windsor great castle Nice food in the pub small portions though, If we had an additional 30 min in Bath we would have entered the Roman Baths. It was a bit cold in the bus due to the a/c make sure to bring sth to wear. Great tour guide and driver also Lucy and Richard ! It was well worth it.”

“the staff on the trip were very good and knowledgeable. Added a lot to the trip, The young lady driving left a bit to be desired. She went into corners way too fast a number of times, then having to crank the wheel hard to make the corner. I and many others had to brace a few times. She was quite polite and friendly herself. Just needs to learn a bit more about driving for passenger comfort.”

“I have been more than pleased with Viator. Viator has saved us hundreds of dollars. Just on airport pickups in NY alone. Viator $41 for two people....taxi $55 plus $20 in tolls.....plus tip......in a taxi with 700,000 miles on it. The tours through Viator have been top notch. Viator gives me great peace of mind when traveling. It is like having your own personal travel agent.”

“Transfers and tour guides were right on time, so that was nice; and the one problem I had (stateside) was handled quickly and professionally by their Las Vegas office. However, Viator might consider a bit of "mystery shopping" of the tours it contracts out, as some guides at those tour companies could use a little improvement.”

“On our recent trip to Europe we did 9 tours through Viator. They were extremely professional and enjoyable. The communication via email was excellent and each tour lived up to expectation with only a couple of minor hitches which I have fed back. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to other travellers. I found their site really helpful when looking for something to do in a particular area.”

“We have taken two Viator tours and enjoyed both. There are so many choices for every city and country. Booking is easy to and communication was excellent. Every detail was taken care of and instructions by email and or text assured us how to connect with the tour groups.”

“I rated Viator "Very Good" because that is the highest rating currently allowed. If they had "Excellent" I would have used that! I received MORE than I paid for with ALL my Viator reservations. (I think I made three separate tours.) These tours ALL worked out EXACTLY as planned. In one instance, I met the tour group exactly where my ticket stated. No problems. Then our guide gave us a nice tour of the Eiffel Tower. She gave me three tickets: one to reach the summit of the tower (I could use at my own convenience and stay on the top of the tower as long as I wanted.) Then I received a ticket for a boat ride on the river Seine. It could be used at night or during the day. I had already taken a night boat ride (which was magnificent, by the way) so I took the daytime ride. Then I used my ticket to "skip the line" and enter The Louvre. NOT a guided tour, but there were MANY signs pointing to the Mona Lisa. After that, I browsed until the museum closed!”

“Viator is a great planning resource, especially for travelers to a place for the first time. We've used Viator to make tour reservations in York, UK, Berlin , Germany and Madrid, Spain. We've always been satisfied with the tours, and never had a problem. Prices are reasonable, and we've never had a tour cancelled.”
