“I will re do my review when we are refunded our payment for the trip to champagne region that was cancelled with no notification to us in Paris. We booked 4 outings with your company in Paris. We discovered this cancellation only when we had our Marriott concierge called for the pick up time with the local contact one day in advance. We were forced to rebooked with another vendor. J. Thometz”

“Our second trip with Viator, booked from the UK, to visit Alcatraz. Explicit instructions. Got parked near Pier 33 and just got sent straight to the queue. Boat trip great and we spent 2 hours on the island. Really interesting and informative. Unlike the prisoners you can leave whenever you want. Would highly recommend Viator for any trip you fancy.”

“We hadn't used an organised tour company before, but only had a short time in Rome and needed some help. We found the website very useful and quick to find the package that best suited us and the booking voucher process fast too. Our guides were easy to find, very organised, knowledgeable, friendly and looking to help where ever they could. We had a great experience and will definitely use Viator again. Highly recommended”

“The instructions on where and when to meet at Alhambra were clear and easy to follow. Our guide, Evon, was excellent and her explanation brought out the richness of the place. We highly recommend people visiting Alhambra to engage a guided tour rather than walking around on your own.”

“Our guided tour of the Colesseum was like a history lesson. We saw loads of people walking around aimlessly without a tour guide. They wanted to hang with us. Our guides were professional, patient and most of all very knowledgeable. Will do again definitely.”

“Viator is an excellent way to source out tours and attractions. Booking procedure is easy and you usually get instant confirmation. When you get to your destination a lot of tours are booked out, with your pre-paid voucher you don't have to worry about that, just turn up and enjoy your activity. My only suggestion would be that if customers spend certain amounts of money on Viator deals then they should be entitled to a decent discount for doing so - call it an incentive to spend more.”
