“Only took 2 tours in Italy so far with Viator and both were enjoyable with knowledgeable tour leaders. Both were well organized and timely.”

“I ordered four outings at VIATOR: one in Zurich, two in Paris and one in Nice. All tours have been conducted absolutely perfectly. It is clearly seen that Viator chooses partners very carefully and maintain the same high standard of service in different countries. The range of excursions is very extensive and the prices are reasonable. I think that Viator is a very responsible company and going to use its services further.”

“went to the Colosseum as well as the Sistine Chapel. the tour guides did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable. no lines and had very private viewing .. I highly recommend Viator”

“I booked three tours for the two days we were in New York - Top of the Rock tickets, a night cruise with dinner and champagne on the Hudson and a full day tour. I booked them all from England before we left and found the website very good and when I needed to phone the London office a couple of times with queries, I found everyone I spoke to very polite, helpful and friendly. I was recommended to Viators by a friend and we have recommended them to other friends in our turn. We found them excellent.”

“Easy to book, good prices, great customer service. I had a question about where to park for our tour in Nice, and was connected through to the tour guide herself. She spoke perfect English, was friendly and gave me 3 good recommendations and made me feel like she was welcoming an old friend to her hometown. We got several email reminders before tour date. The tour did not disappoint. Would definitely use Viator again.”

“We took 2 separate tours while in Italy both booked through the Viator site. Both of the tours were exceptional and the tour guides were just as great. In talking to other visitors on our trip we met several people who also booked through this site and were just as pleased with their tour as we were. I'd highly recommend Viator to anyone and look forward to booking more tours with them in the future.”

“A relaxing and enjoyable day in beautiful countryside. Lots of wines to try and a lovely small town to explore at lunchtime! Our driver was friendly and informative adding to the journey with interesting facts and pointing out places of interest along the way. A really good day out!”
