She even hangs up the call! Disgusting behaviour! Can someone more sensible answer people’s calls please! Thank you ”

“ I received really bad service from Vibrant Doors I booked a door which included door hinges and a door frame and got my door delivered after a week although I only received a separate door and didn’t get my hinges or frame. ”

“ I ordered a door which showed as in stock. A week later it hadn’t been dispatched so I called them and was informed without apology that it was out of stock and would be for a further ten days. Very poor customer service. ”

I had to take the day off work to wait for this. I can now no longer get hold of the supplier to get my money back as I cannot take another day off for this. Very disappointed. Avoid at all costs, terrible customer service and potentially a scam. ”
