“Hi, Just like to say I had a great experience with Vibrant Doors. I ordered 8 internal doors and was chuffed with the quality of them, better than they looked on the web. They also presented excellent value for money, I couldn't get anyway near the price locally compared to them. Their delivery service was also excellent. I had the doors within 8 days of ordering them, in the middle of the Covid chaos. They turned up when they said they would, and their delivery guys were great. They drove all the way from Chesterfield to Swansea and carried all the doors, and they are really heavy, all the way up my drive and into my garage. Really top guys. In summary, first class product, excellent value for money and top service. I highly recommend them”

“Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very good communication, quality doors at a competitive price, delivered on required date, in perfect condition by drivers who took great care offloading them from the lorry. This has been a difficult 6 months for manufacturers & suppliers (retail & wholesale). Vibrant Doors went above and beyond for me. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Most companies have poor reviews online regarding damaged doors, doors not arrived and poor customer service. This wasn’t the case. I called to ask when delivery would be and they found out which day and a estimated time. The delivery was smooth and even though we weren’t in, they were left in a safe and dry place.”

“Having ordered the downstairs doors last year and receiving a brilliant service, we were more than happy to use again to order the upstairs ones. The whole process is hassle free. Ordering, communication, delivery... So easy. The delivery drivers were polite and took care with the doors, even checking them over as they handled them. The doors are top quality & cheaper than other companies and look fantastic! Absolute pleasure to buy from!”

“Great service by John, we had been messed around by another company and John went over and above to get us the doors quickly, We decided to collect from the warehouse and John arranged this with Gary, his team were extremely helpful. I would recommend, we have got 13 great quality oak doors ! Thank you”
