“Over the last few years ( since I realised I was going through the menopause) the Saturday Read has become my go to read. Without their advice and guidance on what vitamins and nutrients for 50 plus women, I would be a mere shadow of who I am now. I cannot recommend Victoria Health enough. Thank you”
