“First of all, Jo at Customer Services is ACE! 👍 Super efficient! Always very pleasant and helpful. No hard sell, just useful guidance to what I was looking for. This time, shampoo for itchy scalp. Shampoo has lessened the itchiness and I found it comfortable to use. Thank you, Jo! Love the way the product was packaged, and the box was such a bliss to open! I would give 5 out of 5 just for that! I received my product the very next day by Royal Mail. Such a joy! Thank you! If only you sell EVERYTHING, including food.”

“Really nice starter kit for improving brightness and general tone. I’ve used the alpha Arbutin serum from GOW before and it’s worked well, the vitamin C is non-irritant and the hyaluronic acid is great for making my skin look plump”

“Last year I had sore red watery eyes, dry at night with a chest infection, tried numerous over the counter eye drops the msm silver eye drops were the only ones that had any effect, have purchased again soon as I have any sign of irratation or dryness one single dose gives relief immediately.”

Thank you for your feedback. Please allow me to explain. Your order was placed 17 days ago and left us 12 hours after your order was received. The delivery service that you selected was standard. We do have an express option (DHL) available for our US customers and if offered to you at checkout. We are a UK-based company and with you living in the US shipping is taking slightly longer due to the Festive period. We hope that you do understand this is out of our control and looking at the tracking that is shared via email with you, it notes a scan this morning that it's with USPS and nearly with you.
