“I love the range of products at affordable prices. What drew me to this brand was not just the price, but the fact that it's combined actives. This is huge as it saves me from ending up with a 12 step layering process or something ridiculous. This way I have a multi ingredient serum, followed by moisturizer, sunscreen +/- makeup.”

“Generally, I like their own products, but find some of the other brands ingredients not up to the same quality. I love Shabir. His blogs are always so informative. When I've sent in product queries, he always replies immediately, with in-depth information. I like the weekly Week-end read, and the What's the Solution emails. I think I'd like to see bigger discounts, or more offers, to make it more affordable. Your prices are a bit on the high side. Even with the instalments plans now, it's just too expensive to shop as I used to. I was going to deduct a second star because of your utterly annoying, repetitive ads on You Tube: they drive me mad!! Not only yours. I've cut back on watching You Tube now, because of all the ads we're being repeatedly bombarded with. The same few ads over and over again, in every ad break, and there are loads of them! It completely puts me off shopping with any of you now.”
