“I placed my order on May 27 and still haven't received it. I know it is still on it's way but you used to use a different method shipping that was a lot faster. It's been a bit more than 2 weeks already. I do like your products but will be rethinking about ordering.”

“It didn’t work! I took it for 5 days nothing, so increased it to twice a day, it certainly didn’t do what it was supposed to do. Very disappointed considering the price tag!!!”

“The product is fine but the method of delivery was really disappointing. Although I was at home at the supposed time of call for the delivery guy he texted me 2hours later to tell me he had dropped the product at a local garage -10 minutes walk away. It doesn’t make sense as firstly , I was at home and besides I have very kind neighbors . So ,I won’t be availing of this delivery service again !”

“Think the P&P charges could be reviewed. Maybe lower the amount you have to spend before getting free P&P? Also some products on VH I’ve noticed are much cheaper elsewhere online, in a few different companies. Pays to shop around for sure!”

“Box of Enterosgel came very damaged. Looked as if it had badly stored. Not sure why the packer would use a damaged box. Haven’t used Smooth Upper Lip as I see there is retinol in the product and as I have sensitive skin I feel reticent to use a product with retinol. I believe this should have been made clear when advertising the product. Finally the instant eye relief spray mechanism works periodically. It seems to be damaged or the mechanism doesn’t work. All in all disappointing.”

“The vitamins have sorbitol and that was not written in the ingredients in the website. I think the ingredients written in the website should be exactly the same that are written in the product package. I won’t by again from Victoria Health. I don’t trust the information written in the website.”

“This is the second request I received from VH to leave a review but I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I sent an email last week asking if they knew where it was exactly but did not hear back. Chances are, if it was handed off to USPS, and especially USPS in Chicago, then it will be some time until it is actually delivered. I wish VH offered the same type of self-service tracking of packages once they hit the US like Trinny London and Kettlewell Colours do. That way I would not have to sit and wonder where my package is today. It has been about 3 weeks. Looking forward to my products though. Found similar products at my local pharmacy that I am using until my VH ones arrive. Unless I really love the products I receive, I do not see myself purchasing from VH again unless they offer an shipping type upgrade upon checkout like DHL. (DHL is amazing for orders from the UK to the US. I get delivery within days and can track all the way to my doorstep Love them!)”

“After searching for a suitable mosquito repellent spray that I could use on the whole family I decided on Mrs Whites Unstung Heroes. Delivery was quick and I was initially impressed however upon opening the product I found the lid was broken and unusable and the product was already leaking. I had planned to take this product in my suitcase but couldn’t because I knew the product would leak everywhere. It was too much hassle to try and think of a make shift solution to try and avoid the leakage there and back and I was annoyed as this was one of the most expensive repellents on the market. I tried to contact the Victoria Health customer service via email with a photo of the lid but it bounced back so Unfortunately because of this I would be wary to purchase again.”
